Now at KPMG, Killingbeck works with family offices, trustees and business owners on an eclectic mix of issues including fiduciary risk, succession and governance – helping them to maintain and grow their wealth. ‘The idea is to provide integrated multidisciplinary advice to HNW and UHNW clients,’ she says.

A STEP-certified family business adviser, the private client lawyer says she has seen a surge in wills and estate planning, while themes such as philanthropy are becoming more prominent. ‘Clients have been more keen than ever to enshrine their values in robust legal governance frameworks,’ she says.
