Anita Franklin

Anita Franklin is a senior associate at McDermott Will & Emery where she specialises in contentious trust and probate matters. 

Franklin advises UHNW and HNW individuals and families on international dispute resolution, contentious estates, digital assets and offshore trusts. 

She joined the firm in 2019 after a stint at PwC, where she worked with HNW individuals and corporate clients on contentious trust disputes. 

The Bristol University graduate explains that she enjoys the ‘human element’ of her work, emphasising the importance of getting to know her clients in order to help them make the decisions that are right for them.
