Ben Covey

Spear’s Review 

Ben Covey joined Seven Investment Management in 2024 as the managing director of their private client department. 

Prior to this, he was the managing director and head of private banking at Santander, where he successfully developed and implemented a multi-year strategic growth plan and built out their UK private banking business. 

He has also worked for Barclays Private Bank, where he was regional head of London and the Southeast and led a team of 40 private bankers who were responsible for over £3 billion in assets under management. 

Covey told Spear’s he is passionate about creating high-performing teams that adopt a client-centric approach and that he is very much looking forward to enhancing Seven Investment Management’s private client offering.
