Nic Arnold joined the JTC Group in 2021 as the UK head of its private office. Prior to this, she spent 13 years as director of PwC’s private client tax team. 

The private office team provides financial analysis services, including accounting, cash-flow and tax advice. Arnold has a particular focus on the ownership of complex assets, such as real estate, yachts, art and trust structures. She also advises UK and international families on generational wealth transfers. 

She says: ‘Our three key services are family governance, and I use the phrase quite broadly, because that is governance over the whole of family life. [The second is] luxury asset consulting, and the third is succession planning and next-gen education.’

She aims to ensure her clients are able to navigate the complex tax and regulatory world by ensuring they ‘get the right advice, at the right time and in the right place’.
