Scott Monks, head of corporate finance at Enness, the high value lending brokerage and advisory service, has many companies as clients but also individuals wishing to finance corporate investments.

He told Spear’s, ‘The client could be an entrepreneur, it could be a family office, up to a listed vehicle. We’re full spectrum in terms of clients.’

Individual or corporate, Enness maintains the same policy on fees. Monks said, ‘We chage for our time, for us it's very much about what's the right thing for the client.
