Nigel Hindle, co-founder of Hindle Baldock, has been acquiring properties in the beautiful countrysides of the French Riviera for more than 20 years. 

‘There are several key areas for us,’ he explains to Spear's. ‘East of Nice leading towards Monaco. The other way there’s Cannes and beyond. Valbonne, Châteauneuf a skip and a jump over to the St Tropez peninsula.’ 

The names roll easily off his tongue like the names of old friends. And so they should. Hindle’s comprehensive knowledge of the geography of his area, the French property system and the local property market are his gentle but determined weapons when buying for his clients, using his experience to their advantage. 

His firm has recently partnered with Property Vision as the latter looks to create a global network of buyers in different locations around the world.
