Director of international valuations at Chestertons, Adam Wilson has over 15 years of experience in valuing real estate assets across the Middle East.

This includes the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Lebanon. Prior to joining Chestertons in 2017, Wilson served as an associate at JLL where he led the company’s Egypt valuations while based in Dubai.

Although he frequently travelled to and from the firm’s Cairo desk, he also worked alongside some of the UAE’s most prominent developers such as Emaar, Dubai Holding and Majid Al Futtaim. Wilson is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
