Niall Dempsey, a senior partner at the firm, now carries Foster’s statement through into his own work. After joining the firm in 2007, he has worked on commercial and residential projects across the world. From Miami to Argentina, his work is marked by an attention to detail that combines modern architecture with a timeless simplicity. Dempsey’s design of a villa in Turkey made headlines for its uniquely shaped roof and expansive windows overlooking the ocean.

Sympathetic to the natural environment in which the house is encased, it reflects both Dempsey and the company’s commitment to innovate and build sustainably.
