Briony Sun joined IQ-EQ’s private wealth team in Jersey in May 2022 as a dedicated expert on the Chinese Family Office market. She serves a growing number of Chinese UHNW clients interested in moving to the UK who might be interested in setting up a Jersey-based trust, while her appointment builds on the firm’s existing strength in Hong Kong and Singapore. 

Sun founded Think Chinese in 2016, Jersey's first Chinese school, which teaches students Chinese language and culture but also promotes connections between the UK and China, while offering clients knowhow on Chinese trade and customs. 

She has a degree in international politics from China’s Liaoning University, as well as a Master’s in education from Durham University.
