Myles McIntosh is a partner and head of the private client department at Cripps.

He is a widely respected specialist in contentious trusts, probate and inheritance, dealing with a number of estates valued at greater than £50 million in recent years. When necessary, he can litigate with vigour and a keen eye for detail. However, he brings most of his cases to resolution using mediation, keeping clients out of the courts and the public eye.

Until he stepped down in 2024, McIntosh had been a national committee member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) for 12 years.
