As a consultant in Boodle Hatfield’s private client team (after stepping down as partner in 2024), she has provided strategic trust and tax planning advice for a large, high-profile, family property business. This included conducting a major review of the business’s structuring (including family trusts), as well as taking steps designed to ensure the trustees are protected against potential personal liability in future.
