Ian Dembinski joined Rathbones as head of the private office in July 2016, focusing on high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients, including entrepreneurs, families and individuals looking for tailored investment management services.

Three years later, he was promoted to head of client development. Following the firm’s merger with Investec Wealth Management, he has additionally been leading the strategic partnership, introducing wealth management clients to lending solutions and banking clients to investment solutions.

Prior to joining Rathbones, the experienced Dembinski worked at Credit Suisse as a managing director for six years, and at UBS in a variety of roles for 24 years.
