Spear’s Review
‘She is thorough, astute and great with clients,’ says an industry observer of 29 Bedford Row’s Charlotte Trace.
Called in 2012 and regarded by many as an emerging star of the family bar, Trace is regularly instructed in all areas of family law, predominantly financial remedy and private law Children Act matters, including claims under Schedule 1. Recent cases include IU v OS & Ors [2020] and Taiga v Ogbedo [2020].
Prior to joining 29BR (where she successfully completed pupillage in 2014), Trace worked as a paralegal in the family department of Withers LLP, assisting on a number of high-value financial disputes, including Tchenguiz-Imerman v Imerman [2012] and [2013]. She is a member of Resolution (and co-chair of London Young Resolution) and the Family Law Bar Association.
