Julius Baer managing director Adam Gray supports a range of wealthy individuals, many of whom are UK based, with entrepreneurs relying on his advice around issues such as succession planning and wealth transfers to the next generation. A great deal of his clients have stayed with him for the best part of 15 years, and he puts this down to keeping advice simple. 

‘People get tied up in knots trying to work things out in far too much detail,’ Gray said. Another hallmark of a strong client bond is when they know as much about his family as he does theirs. 

Previously, Gray worked as a director at Merrill Lynch and a portfolio manager at ABN AMRO Bank in London.
