With particular expertise in the real estate, hospitality and leisure sectors, Thakrar advises on joint ventures, investments and acquisitions; financing; and day-to-day commercial issues. For his UHNW and family office clients, he often finds himself structuring their investments, offering strategic advice – including around profit share arrangements – and managing their enterprises and investments.
