Ivo Darnley

Ivo Darnley is the managing director of Rathbones’ investment management offering, overseeing the work done by the client-facing advisers and investment research and risk teams within the business.

Darnley has been at the company since graduating from Edinburgh University in 1991 and possesses over 30 years’ experience in portfolio management. 

He was appointed to the firm’s investment management committee in 2006 and joined the group executive committee in 2015. He is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and oversees the firm’s CIO office.
