Ben Doltis co-founded PCB Partners in early 2018 as a specialist tech advisory firm providing buy-side services to support clients on their acquisition strategy. It brings its clients unique access to under-the-radar tech assets in the sub-£250 million catchment. The company has a proactive approach, using interactions and collaborations with vendors.

Doltis previously founded the SJB Group in 2003 and built it into the UK’s leading tech consulting executive search firm. In 2011, he helped the company grow further by integrating an asset he acquired from Atos, a merger which cemented its position as a leading firm in the staffing industry.

Doltis also holds additional advisory roles with a number of other firms and chairs the Business Launch Group at The Prince’s Trust.
