Mikhail Riches restored Park Hill Sheffield, a historic Grade II-listed building and the largest listed structure in Europe, and have truly shown off their renovation abilities with East London House. Originally built in 1834 by Lord Tredegar, this Grade II-listed building had been altered multiple times and become a jumble of dark rooms; Mikhail Riches restored it to its original elegance. The sweeping staircase and new extension are a powerful demonstration of the practice’s prowess at blending faithful restoration with innovation.
