McCluskey leverages Deloitte’s tax and accountancy nous to provide integrated immigration and wealth planning advice to global HNWs, many of whom hail from the Middle East, China, India, Africa and Kazakhstan. But it’s not all about business: ‘Most of my clients think about their children more than themselves,’ she says.

She has worked at Fragomen, Kingsley Napley, Gherson and PwC Legal before joining Deloitte as partner and head of the UK immigration group in 2015. In this capacity McCluskey leads the firm’s team of 170 immigration experts in the UK and thousands of immigration professionals globally.
