Howard Kennedy partner Elizabeth Morley attained degrees in both law and German before embarking on a career in contentious litigation. She now advises across a wide range of commercial and cross-border disputes, as well as privacy and defamation issues relating to both online and print media.

She works with clients in relation to copyright and GDPR issues and has acted on behalf of intervening parties on cases involving issues of privacy and freedom of expression before the European Court of Human Rights.

Outside of tackling reputational matters, Morley can be seen practising yoga and is also partial to writing the odd film review: she was recently ‘inspired’ by Ruth Bader Ginsburg biopic On the Basis of Sex.
