Richard Taylor-Whiteway leads Brockwell Capital's tax liability insurance practice, working extensively in the M&A space and with institutional investors.

The product that he provides gives indemnity for tax risk – for example, if a HNW is buying a property with an offshore property company, their HMRC treatment may be uncertain. Brockwell provides ‘catastrophe cover’ to mitigate the risk of paying extra tax.

Estate planning is another feature of Taylor-Whiteway’s role. He will help clients who have acquired wealth over time to pass that wealth onto their children in a tax-efficient way.
