Patrick Dougherty spent the first decade of his career as a capital markets solicitor at Clifford Chance before seeking greener pastures. He moved into the creative and vibrant world of design and renovation, and ultimately co-founded specialist estate agency Cuvelo.

Cuvelo is a service aimed at promoting the added value of refurbished homes. The firm also advises investors on maximising yield, both in terms of rental income and capital gain. Dougherty is confident he can help HNWs create ‘homes full of energy and happiness’ that are also highly profitable.
