BNP Paribas’ Singapore branch is the bank’s Southeast Asian headquarters, with around 2,000 employees. Clients that number among large multinationals, local and regional corporations, financial institutions and HNW individuals seek out the bank’s top-level wealth management and asset management services.

The French private bank hired David Lim in 2019 to help grow its UHNW business in Southeast Asia; he is now executive vice chairman for the region and sits on BNP Paribas Wealth Management’s Asia Pacific executive committee.

Lim joined BNP Paribas from Credit Suisse, and held various senior positions at Julius Baer for 11 years prior.
