The firm’s property services first evolved in 2012, in response to demand from clients looking for bespoke and trusted property management for luxury residences.

Somerset explains that ‘the management of luxury properties takes a particular kind of firm’ and Somerset Estates’ knowledge of construction, property and legal issues, ‘enables us to accommodate and assist with a wide range of matters and advice’.
