Barwood managing director Hugh Elrington has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate market, from investment and development, the sourcing of debt, fund management and equity raising, through to the structuring of transactions. He has carried out these roles across all the main property sectors in the UK and continental Europe.

He describes his role as ‘a challenging but exciting and stimulating job that involves [using] knowledge and experience in order to mitigate the risks of investing in and developing UK property to deliver the right returns’.
