Thomas Balashev

Spear’s Review 

Thomas Balashev founded Montague Real Estate back in 2015 with the purpose of helping UHNW clients purchase some of the finest homes on the planet. 

Building on his success, in 2020 Balashev founded a sister company, Monta Capital. The firm specialise in acquiring real estate in London on behalf of clients and enhancing its value through strategic development and planning. 

When Balashev recently caught up with Spear’s, he explained that he enjoys ‘overseeing development projects and integrating international investors into the UK market.’ 

Whilst he is still the director and owner of Montague Real Estate, Balashev was keen to emphasise that he is dedicated to growing Monta Capital and continuing to support UHNW investors.
