Helen Cox is a partner in Fladgate’s private client department and advises UHNW and HNW individuals, family offices and trustees on tax and wealth planning. 

She has particular expertise when it comes to advising clients on corporate and trust structuring for succession planning purposes. 

In addition to her work on tax and wealth, Cox also works closely with Fladgate’s real estate, litigation, immigration and corporate teams to ensure that all of her client’s legal needs are met. 

She explains the ‘majority of my clients are entrepreneurs with many demands on their time. The need me to anticipate problems, act quickly and provide solutions.’
