Equestrian power couple Mette and Michel Assouline run their own dressage emporium in Essex, Assouline Dressage, training horses and riders. Classically practised, they offer a full range of services for the dressage enthusiast, including sourcing, training and selling dressage horses of all levels.

The couple have a truly elite clientele and supply horses to top international riders, including Carl Hester, who competed with Escapado in the Athens Olympics. Michel, a British Dressage Medal of Honour winner, has been the coach of the UK Para-Equestrian Dressage Team since 2005, achieving a high level of success in a number of world championships and Paralympic Games.
