Stroud and Fuller
London, United Kingdom
Before joining forces with fellow agent Alex Stroud to create their firm, Johnny Fuller’s property career started in the 1980s in Knightsbridge also at Chesterfield where he first worked alongside Stroud.
For 17 years, Fuller was part of what was ‘unequivocally the most bespoke and successful boutique team at the time’, until Savills bought the business. In 2009 he moved up to Kensington where he ran the Kensington and Notting Hill offices for Savills and quickly became the ‘man to go to’. His ‘extraordinary patience, commitment, professionalism and wealth of knowledge’ make him one of the most well-respected agents in central London. Clients have been similarly impressed.‘We have moved house several times in Holland Park over the last 22 years and Johnny has helped us buy and sell in every case,’ says one long-term client. ‘He is an outstanding agent, always happy to give market advice and help make the right transaction.’
Their new firm has been an ‘extraordinary success’ already in 2020, having acquired and sold a very credible list of properties, most of which have transacted off-market. Recent transactions have included two semi-detached houses in Notting Hill at £10 and £15 million, a large house backing on to communal gardens at £19 million and five other houses, all off-market, in Kensington between £5-10 million.
‘Both Alex and Johnny have a reputation within the market for honesty, integrity and trust, and now make a formidable pairing,’ says one local agent.
