Nigel Le Quesne, chief executive officer at JTC Group, is a key figure in the Channel Islands’ financial services world. He is based in Jersey, but his work at JTC – a global professional services company that provides corporate and private fund solutions to businesses and individual clients alike – spans the UK, Europe, US and beyond.
Le Quesne has helped to build JTC, founded in 1987, into a global business, with 38 offices around the world. He also introduced a shared-ownership model, making every permanent employee a part-owner, and successfully led the business to a main market listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2018.
Le Quesne is a fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (formerly the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) and the Chartered Management Institute. His interests also lie in sport; in 2024 he bought a 25 per cent stake in League One football club Northampton Town.
