Bob Quick QPM had a 32-year career in the police, which saw him serve as chief constable for the Surrey police as well as assistant commissioner with the Met for specialist operations. During his role at the latter, Quick was responsible for the protection of the British royal family as well as heads of state and prime ministers. ‘[That experience] gave me lots of insight into the unique challenges presented to people of high status or wealth,’ he tells Spear's. 

He uses that experience to continue advising the ultra-wealthy, royals and high-profile individuals at GSA Global. As well as offering close protection, Quick's services also cover cybersecurity, travel risk management, and enhanced due diligence and vetting services for their household staff.

‘I've carved out a bit of a reputation and speciality in dealing with very sensitive issues,’ he says. ‘It's easier for me to gain trust by virtue of the fact that I used to protect such high-profile people and was trusted [to enter into] their lives.’
