He advises globally minded UHNW clients on their cross-border tax matters. The majority of his clients have some form of family business or family investment company, for which he can advise on corporate tax structuring. 

‘For the last two years, a lot of what I’ve been doing is relocating individuals because of their desire to leave the UK,’ he says. ‘But it’s not just non-doms; I’ve worked with cryptocurrency entrepreneurs who are internationally mobile, retired individuals and British nationals who are looking to mitigate inheritance tax.’

Dean also advises a number of US-based clients on the tax implications of gaining a second passport or citizenship in the UK.
