Spear's Review

With three decades of experience in family law, Blanchards Law founder Punam Denley works with clients all over the world. ‘Frequently, I get referrals from contacts in different countries because of the international work I’ve done,’ she tells Spear’s. 

Based in Oxfordshire but with a strong presence in London, Denley handles all manner of matrimonial finance cases, as well as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She has led a number of Part III applications – where there are financial proceedings in England after a foreign divorce – and has developed a ‘specialism in pension cases, particularly overturning pension sharing orders, even after they’ve been implemented’.

Prior to founding the firm in 2011, Denley worked under the leadership of David Hodson at the International Family Law Group. She is a collaborative lawyer, a trained mediator and a long-standing member of Resolution.
