A sage of the prime London market, Amanda Bastin has amassed a quarter-century of experience as a buying agent, acting for private clients searching across Chelsea, Kensington, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Mayfair and north-west and south-west London. However, she tells Spear's that her focus is ‘on the client rather than on the location’, and while her expertise in certain prime London areas is central to her work, she is ready to go ‘above and beyond’ for her clients.

She launched Amanda Bastin Property in 2017 to help HNW families find their dream homes, as well as to serve corporate clients and investors interested in buy-to-let opportunities and relocation services. 

Her property-sourcing skills are complemented by her husband Pedro’s expertise in garden and landscape design, as well as her own passion for art. Prior to founding her own firm, Bastin was an associate director at Douglas & Gordon for more than a decade.
