Jane Mann joined Fox Williams in 1994 and has since helped to transform the firm from a small start-up to an internationally recognised player.
As head of the senior executives group within the employment practice, Mann specialises in City-related employment issues, including handling tricky and sensitive senior executive moves, and working out equity shares and carried interest on behalf of senior individuals.
Mann says her clients particularly value her experience – no less than three decades’ worth – in complicated matters. ‘You can often see clients’ relief that we understand the world that they come from and how it works, and who the key players are,’ she tells Spear’s. ‘We respond, we get stuff done, we deliver, we work around the clock for people.’
