John Symons

Spear’s Review 

John Symons specialises in providing complex property finance facilities to HNW and UHNW clients.

He began his career focussing on self-employed lending, and after working with Knight Frank Finance, Symons joined LDN Finance in 2022 and helped to establish LDN Private Clients. 

He tells Spear’s that the majority of his clients come via personal recommendations from private offices, estate brokers and property finders. ‘Most of my clients are based in the UK; however, I also advise individuals based in the Far East, the MENA region and in North America.’ 

Symons adds that he relishes the complexity of his work. ‘I enjoy being creative and finding the solutions for my clients that really make a difference.’
