A former senior tax consultant at Big Four firm EY, Karen Bowen has over three decades of experience in tax. In 2012, she joined PKF Francis Clark, where she acts as a tax director, offering advice on residence and non-dom issues. She has also served as a private client partner at the firm’s Exeter office since 2018.

Bowen frequently works with HNWs and advises them on a number of matters, including trusts and inheritance tax planning. She is also called upon by non-doms for her expertise in remittance, offshore trusts and avoiding double taxation. When required, she liaises with HMRC to ensure her clients’ trusts are tax-compliant.
